A state geographic information agency needed a reliable, geolocated inventory of the state’s health and educational facilities. Existing lists were incomplete, duplicated, and unmapped — nobody could say with confidence how many facilities existed, where they were, or what condition they were in.

Each facility recorded with location, type, ownership, services, staffing, and condition — deduplicated and quality-checked.
